Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day operations of the materials testing laboratory
Oversee geotechnical and construction material tests (soil, aggregate, concrete, asphalt)
Ensure compliance with ASTM, AASHTO, and project specifications
Train, mentor, and schedule laboratory technicians
Review and verify the accuracy of test data and reports
Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot lab equipment
Support internal QA/QC programs and maintain a safe, clean lab environment
Communicate effectively with field personnel and project engineers
