You take over the management of a chemical laboratory with two employees; train and develop your employees continuously
In addition to ensuring occupational safety in the laboratory, you will create hazard and risk assessments and improve and maintain the laboratory 5S system
You will work on development projects as part of (SGO) custom manufacturing model, conduct research into processes and develop manufacturing processes based on technical customer requirements
You will create safety and economic considerations for the developed processes, carry out literature and patent research if necessary and create reports and presentations

Completed doctorate in the fields of natural product synthesis, chemical method development, organometallic chemistry and/or master’s degree in chemistry with relevant professional experience
You have already gained initial managerial experience and several years of experience in research and development at a chemical company
Extensive knowledge and experience in the field of preparative organic synthesis and modern synthesis methods
