A well-established testing laboratory in Abu Dhabi is looking for a
Laboratory Incharge
with a solid geotechnical background.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily geotechnical and materials testing lab operations
Conduct and supervise testing procedures (soil, aggregate, concrete, etc.)
Ensure compliance with ASTM, BS, ISO, and local standards
Maintain and calibrate lab equipment
Supervise lab technicians and prepare accurate reports
Ensure quality control and proper documentation
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Geotechnical or Engineering (MSc in Geotechnics is an advantage)
1-5 years of relevant lab experience
Familiarity with EIAC, ISO/IEC 17025 standards is a plus
Strong communication and leadership skills
