Oversee the daily operations of the labor camp.
Monitor and manage camp capacity, ensuring optimal accommodation arrangements.
Follow up on the availability and allocation of new rooms.
Report updated status of camp occupancy and any changes regularly.
Worker Deployment
Ensure timely deployment of workers to designated project sites as per schedules.
Coordinate with site teams to address labor requirements and adjustments.
Maintain records of labor distribution and site attendance.
New Hire Coordination
Coordinate airport pickups and transport for new hires.
Ensure smooth onboarding and accommodation for incoming workers.
Liaise with HR and Admin departments for necessary documentation and clearances.
Fleet Supervision
Oversee the daily usage and maintenance of company vehicles assigned to labor transportation.
Schedule and monitor fleet assignments to ensure efficient logistics.
Report any vehicle-related issues and ensure timely servicing.
General Duties
Act as the central point of contact for all labor movement and logistics.
Maintain accurate documentation and submit periodic reports to management.
Handle emergencies related to labor or transportation promptly and effectively.
