Organize and monitor daily worker schedules and transportation to various project sites.
Ensure timely arrival of workers to assigned locations.
Labor Accommodation:
Supervise and maintain workers' accommodation facilities.
Coordinate with landlords for new room rentals when additional housing is needed.
Handle documentation and contracts related to accommodation leasing.
Labor Welfare:
Ensure all workers' basic needs related to housing and transportation are met.
Handle urgent requests or complaints from workers regarding accommodation or logistics.
Vehicle Management:
Monitor the condition and maintenance schedule of company vehicles.
Ensure timely renewal of vehicle registrations, insurance, and periodic inspections.
Report any issues or damages related to company vehicles promptly.
Requirements:
Proven experience in logistics coordination or site administration is preferred.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Proficient in using Excel or Google Sheets.
Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
