We are looking for a skilled and proactive Labor Coordinator to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have experience in the steel industry, with a strong edge given to those who have worked in manpower supply or outsourcing sectors. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth deployment and management of workforce operations across multiple project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Supervise the deployment of manpower to various steel project locations.
2.Monitor daily attendance, shift rotations, and labor productivity.
3.Coordinate with site supervisors and clients for workforce scheduling.
4.Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
5.Maintain up-to-date records on labor movement, attendance logs, and site reports.
6.Handle workforce-related issues such as grievances, disputes, and replacements.
7.Assist with mobilization/demobilization, visa coordination, medicals, and accommodation logistics.
8.Serve as the point of contact between operations, HR, and site teams for all labor matters.

Ideal Candidate Profile

:
1. Minimum 2-5 years of UAE experience in labor coordination.
2. Background in the steel industry is preferred.
3. Experience in manpower supply or outsourcing is highly desirable.
4. Strong communication and organizational skills.
5. Familiarity with labor laws and site safety protocols.
6. Must be currently based in the UAE.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
