Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to manage and oversee supply chain operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating shipments, managing inventory, tracking deliveries, and ensuring efficient transportation of goods.

- Plan and oversee incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and transport companies to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Monitor inventory levels and stock movements.
- Prepare and process shipping documents, invoices, and customs paperwork.
- Track shipments and update customers or internal teams on delivery status.
- Optimize logistics processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with UAE import/export regulations and company policies.
- Handle delays, shipment issues, and discrepancies efficiently.
- Maintain accurate logistics records and reports.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff for proper storage and dispatch of goods.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding (UAE experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of shipping procedures, customs regulations, and logistics software.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and ERP systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, if required.
