Al Ahliya Sky is looking for a dedicated Labor Coordinator to oversee manpower supply operations within construction projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing worker deployment, coordinating with clients, and ensuring compliance with UAE labor regulations.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily deployment of workers across sites Liaise with clients to resolve site issues promptly Maintain accurate records, timesheets, and performance reports Ensure all labor and visa regulations are strictly followed
Requirements:
Male candidates only Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in manpower supply Strong Excel and coordination skills Available for immediate joining
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
Experience:
preparing and managing timesheets for manpower deployment: 2 years (Required) in manpower supply/construction within the UAE: 2 years (Required)
License/Certification:
UAE Driving License (Preferred)
