\xc2\xb7 Overall management of Geotechnical and material testing lab including operation, preparation of Geotechnical interpretive reports and contract management. \xc2\xb7 Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the soil investigation/ material testing projects and lab tests, including the monitoring of progress and quality of work. \xc2\xb7 Manage Engineering/Procurement interfaces: Physical, Logistical, Informational, and Organizational including any other Internal Project Operations Issues \xc2\xb7 Design, analysis, derivation of geotechnical properties, and preparation of geotechnical interpretive report for projects of various scales such as high-rise buildings, medium to large commercial buildings and mixed used developments. \xc2\xb7 Accomplishes department objectives by managing staff, planning, and evaluating department activities. \xc2\xb7 Evaluate team performance and communicate with them on areas of excellence and improvement. \xc2\xb7 Project Management with overall responsibility for Technical, Commercial & Contract Management aspect including Project Reports. Qualifications: \xc2\xb7 Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Geotechnical engineering/ Geology with minimum 10years of professional experience \xc2\xb7 Excellent understanding and knowledge of geotechnical engineering and related disciplines with the ability and desire to provide creative and practical solutions to meet the client\xe2\x80\x99s needs. \xc2\xb7 Must have UAE experience.
