Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Laboratory Manager with a background in microbiology, molecular biology, and phlebotomy. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience and will oversee laboratory operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage daily laboratory operations and workflow. Implement quality control protocols and ensure regulatory compliance. Supervise and train laboratory staff. Maintain laboratory equipment and oversee repairs. Ensure patient safety during phlebotomy procedures. Maintain accurate laboratory records.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Molecular Biology, or related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a laboratory setting. Strong knowledge of quality control and regulatory compliance. Leadership skills with effective communication abilities. Relevant certifications (e.g., phlebotomy, laboratory management) are a plus.
