-Supervise and manage daily laboratory operations and testing activities
- Perform quality control and analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products
- Develop and maintain laboratory procedures and safety protocols
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications
- Maintain accurate records, testing reports, and documentation
- Support product development and technical troubleshooting
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure product quality and consistency
- Manage laboratory equipment calibration, maintenance, and inventory
