Job Summary (List Format):
- Senior-level position offering hands-on experience in network and security domains
- Researches, designs, and presents effective network solutions to IT management
- Monitors and manages corporate data/voice network services for day-to-day operations
- Provides troubleshooting support and handles new branches and expansion projects
- Configures, troubleshoots, supports, and maintains Cisco routers and switches
- Coordinates with telecom service providers (Etisalat & DU) for communication links
- Manages corporate WAN and branch LAN connectivity
- Oversees structured cabling for new branches and office expansions
- Expands, maintains, and troubleshoots Data Centre and Disaster Recovery (DR) site networks
- Ensures compliance with procedures and policies
- Handles capacity planning, procurement of network components, and inventory control
- Works flexible hours, including service windows for critical implementations and emergency incidents
- Delivers project outputs as per assigned roles and tasks
- Administers network devices via Cisco Secure Access Control Server (ACS)
- Administers DHCP servers
- Manages routing and switching operations
- Configures and maintains firewalls (Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, Sophos, etc.)
- Works with Cisco FTD & FMC, SD-WAN, and other Cisco routing/switching technologies
- Holds CCNP Security certification (mandatory); CCIE (R&S) or CCIE (Security) preferred
