. The candidate will be responsible for installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and technical support for security and networking systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide
L1 & L2 technical support
for CCTV and wireless access points
Install, configure, and maintain
IP & Analog CCTV systems
Configure and troubleshoot
DVRs, NVRs, IP cameras
, and storage devices
Install, configure, and support
Wi-Fi Access Points
Perform basic to intermediate
network configuration
(IP addressing, VLANs, PoE)
Troubleshoot connectivity, camera offline, and performance issues
Perform cable pulling, termination, and testing (CAT6, Fiber - if applicable)
Coordinate with clients and internal teams for issue resolution
Prepare service reports, documentation, and incident logs
Follow site safety rules and company procedures
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in
CCTV & Access Point support
Strong knowledge of
IP cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and Wi-Fi APs
Basic understanding of
networking concepts
(LAN, WAN, IP, VLAN)
Experience with PoE switches and network troubleshooting
Good communication and customer-handling skills
Ability to work on-site and handle support calls
Driving license is an advantage
