We are looking for a skilled IT Engineer with strong hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, networking, telephony, cloud technologies, and end-user support. This role involves delivering projects, managing day-to-day IT operations, and providing high-quality technical support to users across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
IT Projects (Infrastructure, Network, Telephony & Deployments)
Deploy and configure network devices including firewalls, switches, and access points.
Configure and support Telephony/VoIP systems (Avaya, Cisco Call Manager).
Manage and deploy Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and hybrid environments.
Install and configure CCTV, access control, WiFi, UPS, and AV/meeting-room systems.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely project completion.
Helpdesk & End-User Support
Provide L1/L2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, and business applications.
Troubleshoot issues on Windows & macOS, Office apps, and Microsoft 365.
Manage and resolve tickets using the ZOHO ticketing system.
Support remote users through remote access tools.
Perform preventive maintenance and endpoint health checks.
Manage patches, antivirus, security updates, and IT asset inventory.
Troubleshoot telephony/VoIP issues, call quality problems, and phone registrations.
Technical Skills Required
Telephony/VoIP: Avaya IP Office/Aura, Cisco Call Manager (CUCM).
Windows Server administration.
Microsoft 365 / Azure AD.
Networking: TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs, routing.
Firewalls: FortiGate, Cisco.
CCTV systems (Hikvision, Dahua, Hanwha), Access Control.
UPS systems (APC, Vertiv).
Virtualization: VMware / Hyper-V.
Backup solutions: Veeam, Acronis.
Access control and AV systems.
Soft Skills

Qualifications
Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
2-5 years of UAE experience preferred.
Certifications such as CCNA, Microsoft 365 Certified, Fortinet NSE, Avaya/Cisco Voice, or CompTIA A+/N+ are a plus.
Additional Requirements
UAE driving license preferred.
Flexibility for after-hours support when required.
Strong customer-focused mindset and service orientation.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
