What You'll Do

• Verify customer identity and ensure compliance with KYC, AML, FATCA, and other regulatory standards
• Conduct due diligence for new and existing customers to mitigate onboarding risks
• Handle escalations, discrepancies, and audit requirements related to KYC processes
• Serve as the first point of contact at the relationship center for customer queries and account-related requests
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through tailored solutions and proactive support
• Manage account documentation, complaints, and general service requests
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client servicing and compliance

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline preferred
• 5+ years of experience in KYC and/or customer relationship management within banking or financial services
• Strong knowledge of AML regulations, KYC processes, and compliance frameworks
• Certifications in AML/KYC desirable or willingness to obtain them
• Proficient in CRM systems and KYC tools
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills
