Responsible for all performance management activity for the group in collaboration with HR Director. Planning, developing and implementing KPI strategy for staff & managing training and development according to the needs of the organization. Job Responsibilities: 1. Assess, design & implement a new Performance Management System 2. KPI Management for individuals as per deparment. 3. Observe and support line managers with performance review session. 4. Analyzes training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs. 5. Evaluates effectiveness of training programs and instructor performance. 6. Lead Organization Development activities Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
