Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook authentic Korean dishes (e.g., Bulgogi, Kimchi dishes, Kimbap, Bibimbap, Tteokbokki, etc.)
Create and balance
signature Korean sauces
(spicy, sweet, soy-based, kimchi, gochujang, ssamjang, etc.)
Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow food safety standards
Support menu development with creative ideas
Requirements:
Experience in cooking Korean cuisine (professional or practical)
Knowledge of traditional recipes, ingredients, and techniques
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen
Team player with a passion for food
