s a Korean Cosmetics Operations Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end operational management of Lamise Beauty's partnered Korean brands. This role is responsible for maintaining seamless coordination between suppliers, logistics, retail operations, and marketing teams to ensure successful product launches, inventory management, and brand performance. The manager will act as the primary liaison between Lamise Beauty and its Korean brand partners, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines, operational efficiency, and achievement of business targets.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Partner Management
Serve as the main point of contact for all Korean brand partners.
Oversee brand onboarding, product listings, and compliance with regulatory standards (UAE/GCC requirements).
Ensure alignment with brand guidelines, seasonal launches, and promotional campaigns.
Negotiate and manage contracts, pricing, and supply agreements with brand partners.
Operations & Supply Chain
Coordinate purchase orders, shipments, and customs clearance with suppliers and logistics partners.
Monitor inventory levels across warehouses and retail outlets, ensuring product availability while minimizing overstock.
Implement efficient processes for demand forecasting, order planning, and replenishment.
Resolve supply chain issues proactively to avoid disruptions in stock flow.
Sales & Performance Management
Track sales performance of each partnered brand, analyzing KPIs and profitability.
Collaborate with the marketing and retail teams to maximize brand visibility and sales.
Provide regular reporting and insights to management regarding brand performance and growth opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with marketing to execute brand campaigns, promotions, and social media activations.
Support retail and e-commerce operations in ensuring accurate product information, merchandising, and customer experience.
Liaise with finance to ensure timely vendor payments, reconciliations, and budget adherence.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in operations or brand management, preferably within cosmetics, beauty, or FMCG industries.
Strong knowledge of Korean beauty trends, products, and market practices.
Fluency in English
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Solid understanding of supply chain processes, retail operations, and inventory systems.
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
