Job Description
We are looking to hire Supervisors for one of a High-end cake & pastry outlets located in Al Ain.
To qualify for this position, you should have at least 5 years of previous experience as a Kitchen Supervisor in the Food & Beverage industry.
Responsibilities:
Experience: 5 years experience in the Food & Beverage industry is must.
Other requirements:
Salary: AED2500 to AED4000

To qualify for this position, you should have at least 5 years of previous experience as a Kitchen Supervisor in the Food & Beverage industry.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the kitchen staff
- Coordinate with different teams to manage customers orders for cakes and bakery products. These orders will be from Cake Shops, Call Centres, Online and Social Media.
- Passing accurate information about customers orders
- Ensure that the orders are ready in timely manners and delivered on time to Shops or to the customers home.
- Making sure the kitchen is a safe and hygienic place to work
- Organising the inventory, storage, and distribution of foodstuffs and supplies
- Helping to plan menus, recipes and apportion ingredients and use food surpluses
- Control portion costs by working out the number of portions per food batch
- Training Kitchen staff
- Attending team meetings and management meetings as and when required.
- Provide and suggest any improvements and process automation.
- you will be required take other responsibilities as and when required.
Experience: 5 years experience in the Food & Beverage industry is must.
Other requirements:
- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English
- Experienced in all aspects of restaurants service
- Must be well-presented and professionally groomed at all times
- Excellent leader and trainer with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
- Ability to motivate employees to work as a team effectively and productively
- Must possess good communication skills for dealing with diverse staff
- Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks
- Should have pleasing personality.
- Good knowledge of food and beverage service.
