Wash and sanitize all pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, and other kitchen utensils by hand or by operating dishwashing machines.
Kitchen Surfaces & Equipment:
Clean and sanitize all kitchen surfaces, including countertops, stovetops, and appliances like refrigerators and ovens.
Floors and Walls:
Sweep and mop kitchen floors, clean floor drains, and periodically clean walls and ceilings.
Waste Management:
Empty and clean garbage and recycling bins, ensuring waste is disposed of properly and in line with waste separation procedures.
Deep Cleaning:
Perform periodic deep cleaning tasks, such as descaling appliances, cleaning ventilation systems, and thoroughly scrubbing floors and walls.
Support & Organization
Stocking & Storage:
Restock cleaning supplies and organize storage areas to ensure all necessary materials are readily available.
Assisting Staff:
Support the chefs and other kitchen staff by helping to receive and store deliveries and assisting with basic food preparation tasks if required.
Equipment Maintenance:
Keep cleaning tools and equipment clean and sanitized, reporting any defects or maintenance needs to management.
