Wash and sanitize all kitchen equipment, utensils, dishes, glassware, and pots/pans according to hygiene standards.
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, walls, and work areas.
Dispose of garbage and recyclables properly and ensure waste areas are clean and organized.
Assist with receiving, unloading, and proper storage of deliveries and supplies.
Ensure cleaning supplies and chemicals are used safely and stored correctly.
Support chefs and cooks by providing clean equipment and maintaining a well-organized kitchen environment.
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines (HACCP, local health codes, etc.).
Report maintenance or safety issues to the Stewarding Supervisor or Chef immediately.
Assist in setting up for banquets, events, or meal services when required.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
