Job Description
We are looking for Kitchen Staff with minimum 1-2 years of U.A.E experience in a five star hotel and can join immediately. It will be a busy operation and candidates must be flexible with shifts and must be able to work under pressure. Any nationality can apply for this job. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the food preparation process.
- Cooking and preparing elements of high-quality ingredients.
- Operate all kitchen equipment's and always conduct them with safety in mind
- Preparing vegetables, meats, and sea food
- Helping with deliveries and restocking.
- Assisting with stock rotation and cleaning stations.
- Assisting with supply chain with food packaging etc.
- Always keep section clean and tidy, and make sure all items are labelled with dates
- Ability to work long shifts and stand for the extended period
- Ensure food quality and standards are maintained at all the time
- Strictly adheres to all recipes, methods, and instructions from immediate supervisor.
Contract length: 24 months Salary: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month COVID-19 considerations:
