For our newest Dubai location, we are looking for a reliable and hardworking

Kitchen Porter

to support the pre-opening kitchen mobilisation and contribute to the success of our first site in the region. You will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness, organisation and hygiene standards within the kitchen, supporting the team to deliver a smooth and successful international opening. Key Responsibilities

Ensure all kitchen equipment, crockery, utensils and work areas are cleaned and sanitised to the highest standards. Support the pre-opening kitchen set-up, including deep cleaning, organisation and preparation of back-of-house areas. Maintain cleanliness of floors, storage areas, waste stations and staff facilities. Assist the kitchen team with basic tasks such as food prep, deliveries and stock organisation when required. Follow all food safety, hygiene, health and safety procedures in line with company and local regulations. Support smooth kitchen operations during service by responding quickly and efficiently to cleaning needs.

Skills & Qualifications

Previous experience as a Kitchen Porter or in a cleaning/support role within hospitality is preferred. Strong work ethic with a reliable and flexible approach to shifts. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Good understanding of cleanliness, hygiene and safety standards. Team-focused attitude with a willingness to support colleagues. Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks required in a kitchen environment.
