Oversee all kitchen operations including food prep, cooking, plating, and packaging
Manage kitchen staff scheduling, task delegation, and performance evaluation
Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and quality standards (HACCP, ISO, etc.)
Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with purchasing, and minimize food waste
Ensure timely execution of daily meal production and dispatch
Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and maintain consistency
Work closely with nutrition, logistics, and customer service teams to support company goals
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in kitchen or culinary operations (meal plans/catering is a plus)
Proven leadership and team management skills
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen workflows
Ability to work under pressure with strong attention to detail
Proficiency in using kitchen production software or ERP systems is a plus
