Job Description

The job of Central Kitchen Lead was established for the purpose/s of cooking and distributing food items; providing complete and accurate documentation and audit trail for meals served; maintaining facilities in a sanitary condition and overseeing and/or assisting assigned food service personnel in food preparation. This job is distinguished from similar jobs by the following characteristics: assignments require knowledge of quantity cooking, food substitution and food handling regulations.

• Supervises kitchen staff.
• Coordinates with food service driver and production staff to insure food items are delivered on time.
• Take responsibility for actions within the kitchen.
• Supervise all kitchen staff, assign duties as necessary, and responsible for the safe, smooth running of the kitchen.
• Knowledge working with accurate preparation measurements, quantities and guidelines. Coordinate timing of food production activities.
• Check the quality of raw or cooked food products to ensure that standards are met.
• Maintain sanitary conditions at all times.
• Maintain proper storage of food items.

Qualification:

• At least with 2 years of related experience.
• Ability to work independently and establish and maintain working relationships with staff.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Knowledge of safety rules, regulations, and procedures.
• Up-to-date knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes.
• Can join immediately.
• Required-Experienced in Fast Food Chain like Albaik,KFC,MCDONALDs,Hardees,Jollibee
