Assistant Cloud Kitchen Manager
Job Description
Manage the daily kitchen operations, ensure the standards of food quality. You will be working directly under the supervision of the Operations Manager. Support the Operations Manager and supervise the kitchen team members. Facilitate and execute training Assist in controlling the food cost, direct purchases and minimize food wastage. Ensure quality, speed, and accuracy in all food orders. Prepare the duty roster of the kitchen team members and hiring of new staffs. Maintain effective relationship between the Operations Manager and Management. Provide initiative and support towards the growth and development of the kitchen and the team. Skills Required: Bachelors/Masters in any subject 3-4 years' experience in managing a Cloud Kitchen Good Communication skills Excellent knowledge of food hygiene and safety as per the Food Hygiene and Dubai Municipality guidelines Must have strong background in large food production and delivery experience. Must be able to multi-task, work under pressure, and fast-paced environment You are currently locate UAE Driving License is a must. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month COVID-19 considerations:
