Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow
Lead, train, and supervise kitchen staff
Ensure food quality, consistency, and timely preparation
Maintain food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
Manage inventory, stock levels, and wastage control
Coordinate with management to meet operational targets
Requirements:
Proven experience in F&B with hands-on kitchen experience
Prior experience as Kitchen In-Charge, Kitchen Supervisor, or similar role
Experience working in a cloud kitchen is required
Strong leadership and team management skills
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
