180 Degree Healthy Meal Plan is a Dubai-based healthy meal prep company focused on fresh, balanced, and tasty dishes delivered daily. We operate a fast-paced production kitchen with high standards for hygiene, consistency, and speed.
Role Summary
We're hiring a
Kitchen Helper (Master Cutter & Salad Maker)
to support daily production by expertly cutting vegetables/proteins, assembling salads, and maintaining clean, organized stations.
Key Responsibilities
Precision cutting of vegetables, fruits, and proteins (uniform size/weight).
Assemble salads and cold items according to standardized recipes and portion sizes.
Wash, peel, and prep produce; label and store items following
FIFO
.
Keep prep and salad stations clean, sanitized, and fully stocked.
Follow
Dubai Municipality
food safety/hygiene standards (HACCP).
Assist chefs with mise en place and basic kitchen tasks.
Report shortages, quality issues, and equipment needs to the head chef.
Support daily production targets and on-time dispatch.
Requirements
1+ year
kitchen prep experience in a commercial kitchen (meal prep, catering, or restaurants).
Excellent knife skills; fast and consistent cutting.
Knowledge of basic food safety and cross-contamination prevention.
Ability to read portion sheets/labels in English; basic communication in
English
(Arabic/Hindi is a plus).
Physically fit; able to stand for long periods.
Positive attitude, punctual, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred
Dubai Municipality
Food Handler Certificate
(or willing to obtain).
Experience in salad bars, commissary kitchens, or large-volume prep.
Schedule & Workplace
6 days/week
