Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair commercial kitchen equipment (e.g., ovens, fryers, grills, dishwashers, refrigeration units).
Perform routine maintenance and preventative service tasks.
Install and test new equipment according to specifications and safety codes.
Respond to service calls in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards.
