Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced

Kitchen Equipment Technician / Multi-Technician

who can service, maintain, and repair commercial kitchen equipment

as well as HVAC systems (ducted, VRV, VRF)

. The ideal candidate is an all-rounder with expertise in

electrical, HVAC, and basic plumbing

, with strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial kitchen equipment (combi ovens, fryers, grills, chillers, dishwashers, etc.) Service and repair all types of

HVAC systems

, including split units, ducted units, VRF/VRV systems Conduct regular

preventive maintenance visits

for restaurants, hotels, and cloud kitchens Perform electrical fault-finding, minor installations, and equipment wiring Carry out basic plumbing tasks related to kitchen machinery Maintain accurate job logs and report completed work through mobile apps or reports Attend emergency breakdowns and ensure minimal equipment downtime

Requirements:

3-5 years experience

in kitchen equipment maintenance and HVAC service in the UAE Strong knowledge of

VRF, VRV, ducted AC systems

, and general air conditioning systems Sound understanding of

electrical and plumbing basics

related to equipment Familiarity with major commercial kitchen equipment brands

UAE driving license is mandatory

Must be able to work independently and as part of a team Good communication and reporting skills

Preferred / Bonus Qualifications:

PAT testing

, equipment calibration, and safety certification experience is a

plus

HVAC trade certification or diploma in electrical/mechanical/refrigeration Knowledge of maintenance platforms like Jobber or similar software Fluency in English; knowledge of Hindi or Arabic is a plus
