Job Description

:

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Kitchen Equipment Technician skilled in maintaining and repairing hot and cold kitchen equipment. The candidate should have solid experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and installing various commercial kitchen appliances used in restaurants, hotels, and catering facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of all types of kitchen equipment (hot & cold). Handle hot equipment such as ovens, grills, fryers, steamers, and burners. Handle cold equipment such as refrigerators, chillers, freezers, and ice machines. Conduct preventive maintenance and ensure all equipment is functioning properly. Diagnose technical issues and replace defective parts when necessary. Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards during all maintenance tasks. Maintain proper service records and report equipment performance issues. Coordinate with other maintenance departments (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing) when needed. Provide on-site technical support and respond to breakdown calls promptly.
Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years of UAE experience in kitchen equipment maintenance and repair. Strong knowledge of both hot and cold commercial kitchen systems. Ability to read and understand technical manuals and diagrams. Familiar with electrical and refrigeration systems. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
Education:

Diploma or Technical Certificate in Mechanical / Electrical / Refrigeration or related field.
