A new opportunity has come up for Furniture manufacturing based in DUBAI. Our client is looking for well-experienced IMOS Software Technician - kitchen design to help them manage a design studio & showroom based in Dubai.

The IMOS Software Technician for Closet and Kitchen Design will be responsible for utilizing IMOS software to create custom closet and kitchen designs, ensuring accuracy, functionality, and customer satisfaction. This role involves collaborating with design teams, clients, and production staff to translate design concepts into detailed plans and manufacturing specifications.

Responsibilities:

• IMOS Design: Utilize IMOS software to create detailed closet and kitchen designs, including cabinet layouts, shelving systems, hardware selection, and material specifications.

• Collaboration: Work closely with design teams, clients, and production personnel to understand project requirements and ensure designs meet client expectations and manufacturing standards.

• Material Selection: Assist in selecting appropriate materials, finishes, and hardware for each design while considering budget constraints and quality standards.

• Project Documentation: Generate and maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, schematics, and bills of materials.

• Quality Assurance: Perform quality checks to ensure that designs are error-free and meet design specifications, codes, and industry standards.

• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve design-related issues or challenges that may arise during the design and manufacturing process.

• Software Maintenance: Stay up-to-date with the latest IMOS software updates and configurations to maximize efficiency and accuracy in design work.

• Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to gather design preferences, revisions, and feedback, and provide design presentations when necessary.

• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other technicians and designers to share best practices and maintain consistency in design processes.

Requirements

• Candidate having experience with closet and kitchen design will be preferred/considered.

• Education: Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience in interior design, architecture, or a related field.

• IMOS Proficiency: Strong proficiency in IMOS software with a demonstrated ability to create complex closet and kitchen designs.

• Design Skills: Solid understanding of interior design principles, space planning, and knowledge of materials, finishes, and hardware used in kitchen and closet design.

• Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accurate and error-free designs.

• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.

• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve design-related challenges efficiently.

• Time Management: Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Creativity: A creative mindset to develop innovative design solutions that meet client needs.

• CAD Skills: Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software may be beneficial

• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industry codes, regulations, and trends in kitchen and closet design.

• Customer Focus: A customer-centric approach to design, prioritizing client satisfaction.

• Working days: Off-showroom timing (6 days a week) 1 day off depends on sched agreement.
