We, are an Industry-leading organization with field-proven excellence in legal Translation & Attestation services all over the UAE. Currently we are looking for an Arabic native speaker, enthusiastic and eligible aspirants with high efficiency to manage our Kiosk inside Tasheel centre in Abu Dhabi.
Welcome the clients who are approaching the kiosk and answer their queries and requirements.
Manage and record all enquires in the portal.
Provide the price/quote and related details to the clients including required documents and time frame information.
Convert the queries to successful business and achieve sales target.
Forward the work and related details to the internal team.
Coordinate with internal team to ensure that client\xe2\x80\x99s needs are met on time.
Organize workflow to meet customer time frame.
Deliver/ forward the works to the client once it completed.
Create invoice and manage the payment collection directly from clients.
Prepare the daily report and share it to the management.
Handover/ deposit the collected amount from clients to the accounts/company account
Seek for new corporate clients and close a deal with them.
Act as the point of contact of all client\xe2\x80\x99s inquiries and concerns related to our services.
Build and maintain excellent relationship with the clients.
