We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Sales Coordinator cum Store In Charge. This role involves managing both sales coordination tasks and overseeing store operations.Responsibilities:

Manage the coordination of sales activities, including processing customer orders, preparing sales documents such as quotations and contracts, and liaising with various departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, providing them with product information and assistance to facilitate informed purchasing decisions. Resolve any issues or complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels, collaborate with suppliers to replenish inventory as needed, and conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, ensuring adherence to safety and security protocols, and supervising store staff to ensure smooth operations.
Prepare and analyze sales and inventory reports, identifying trends and performance metrics. Provide regular updates and insights to management to facilitate informed decision-making.
