We are looking for candidate for the role of "Kiosk Sales Assistant", who will be responsible for promoting, demonstrating, and selling the company's range of air freshener products at designated kiosk locations. The role involves delivering excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, maintaining kiosk presentation, and representing the brand in a professional and engaging manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Customer Service
Greet, approach, and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Demonstrate and explain the features, benefits, and usage of air freshener products.
Actively promote and upsell products to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
Build and maintain customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases.
Kiosk Operations & Presentation
Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive kiosk display at all times.
Ensure all products are well-stocked, priced, and displayed according to brand guidelines.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the supervisor/warehouse for replenishment.
Follow company guidelines for kiosk opening, closing, and daily cash handling.
Product Knowledge & Brand Representation
Acquire in-depth knowledge of all air freshener products, including fragrances, features, and usage instructions.
Educate customers about product benefits and differences to support informed purchase decisions.
Act as a brand ambassador, upholding company values and maintaining a professional image.
Sales Reporting & Compliance
Accurately process sales transactions using POS systems.
Maintain proper cash handling and submit daily sales reports to management.
Adhere to company policies, health & safety standards, and Dubai Mall/venue regulations.
Provide feedback on customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Achievement of individual and kiosk sales targets.
Customer satisfaction scores and repeat purchases.
Kiosk presentation and compliance with brand standards.
Accuracy of cash handling and sales reporting.
Requirements & Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
Minimum 2 years' experience in retail, kiosk sales, or customer service (preferably in fragrance, cosmetics, or FMCG).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
Energetic, outgoing, and customer-focused personality.
Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Presentable appearance in line with company standards.
Fluency in English and Arabic is firmly required.
