, who can bring authentic flavors and techniques to our kitchen. The candidate must have hands-on experience in preparing different types of Kunafa, particularlyNabulsi-style
, and a deep understanding of ingredients and textures that make this dessert unforgettable.Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and present a variety of Kunafa styles (Khishneh, Na'ameh, Nabulsi, etc.) with consistency and quality. Ensure authenticity in taste, appearance, and texture of Kunafa and other Arabic desserts. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen. Monitor inventory levels of pastry ingredients and manage procurement needs. Collaborate with the culinary team to innovate and create seasonal or fusion dessert items. Train junior kitchen staff on traditional techniques, if needed.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Kunafa Chef or in Arabic pastry preparation Arabic-speaking
Preferred Nationality:
Palestinian or Jordanian (due to cultural and culinary expertise)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
