Minimum of 2-3 years experience in a Emarati house, Catering or Hotel in the same position.
Prior experience working in local house or previous experience preparing Emarati cuisine is a must.
Technical knowledge of food preparation using various raw ingredients & meat products like beef, poultry, fish, seafood & lamb.
Ability to produce a wide variety of Khaleeji appetizers, Stocks/Soups & Sauces, Main Courses, rice dishes & basic baked products.
