Job Description
We are seeking an experienced cook to prepare traditional Kaleeji and Emirati dishes for our family. The ideal candidate will be skilled in preparing meals such as Machboos, Harees, Balaleet, Saloona, and Jasheed. The cook will also be responsible for designing weekly menus, purchasing ingredients, and ensuring cleanliness and safety in the kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
Meal Preparation: Cook traditional Kaleeji dishes like Machboos, Harees, Balaleet, and Jasheed.
Menu Designing: Plan and design weekly menus, taking family preferences, dietary needs, and seasonal ingredients into account.
Grocery Shopping: Purchase fresh ingredients and manage kitchen inventory, staying within budget.
Food Safety: Ensure kitchen cleanliness and adherence to food safety standards.
Special Occasions: Prepare meals for special events, holidays, and family gatherings.
