Knowledge of cooking Khaleeji cuisines (Eastern Arabian Cuisine/traditional Emirati cuisine variants such as Kabsa, Harees, Machboos, Al Jabab Bread, Luqaimat, Rugag, Baba Ganooj, Malfoof, Warg Enab, Kudar Laham, etc.
Responsible for the preparation of high-quality food in a timely, efficient sanitary and consistent manner.
Must be prepared to work in a fast-paced high-pressure work environment, while maintaining the quality of foods served
