Job Description
Seeking an experienced
Key Technician
for a short-term project in Qatar to handle lock repairs, key duplication, and electronic lock troubleshooting across the campus. Responsibilities include maintaining key logs, responding to service requests, assisting end users, and ensuring locks are repaired without unnecessary replacements. Requires a high school certificate, 4+ years of experience in locks and keys, and proficiency in English.Nature and Scope of Position / Responsibilities:
Repair locks without damaging doors and avoid unnecessary replacements. Troubleshoot issues with lock cylinders, lock sets, and electronic locks. Duplicate keys as directed by QU representatives. Maintain accurate logs of all keys, service requests, and email requests. Assist and interact with end users across the campus.
Experience and Education:
Minimum high school certificate. Minimum 4 years of direct experience in locks and keys. Ability to maintain logs and records as per specified requirements. Good written and spoken English. Must be locally available in Qatar with a valid visa/QID.
