We are hiring a Key Accounts Manager to manage and grow relationships with restaurant partners for our client in the F&B retail industry. The role includes both account management and business development, focusing on helping partners perform better on delivery/e-commerce platforms. This is a B2B role that requires strong communication skills, good problem-solving ability, and experience working with merchants or restaurants.
Job Responsibilities:
Act as the main point of contact for restaurant and food retail partners.
Review partner performance and help improve sales and customer experience.
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, support) to resolve issues.
Maintain strong relationships and ensure partner satisfaction.
Identify and onboard new restaurant partners to grow the platform's selection.
Negotiate commercial terms, promotions, and partnership agreements.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to find growth opportunities.
Develop partner specific plans to increase sales, visibility, and engagement.
Drive upselling and cross selling based on partner needs.
Job Requirements:
3-4 years of experience in account management, sales, business development, or merchant management in F&B, retail, or e-commerce.
Experience with delivery or marketplace platforms is a strong plus.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
