Key Responsibilities:
Client Management:
Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key HORECA clients.
Sales Growth:
Drive sales growth by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities within the HORECA segment.
Strategic Planning:
Develop and execute strategic plans to expand key accounts and meet sales objectives.
Product/Service Delivery:
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and meet client requirements.
Market Awareness:
Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the HORECA segment to identify opportunities and potential threats.
Reporting:
Regularly report on sales activities and pipeline progress to management.
Requirements:
Bachelors Degreen in Hotel Management or any.
Proven experience in account management or sales within the HORECA sector.
Strong understanding of the HORECA industry, including hotels, restaurants, and catering.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and KPIs.
Familiarity with the UAE market
A valid UAE driving license is must.
