Job Description

We are a growing FMCG company in the UAE looking for a motivated Key account / Sales Executive to promote and sell FMCG products across LMTs, IMTs, and GT. The ideal candidate should have strong market knowledge, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers Achieve assigned

monthly and quarterly sales targets

Execute

in-market promotions, product placements, and merchandising activities

Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities Ensure proper product visibility, shelf placement, and stock availability Collect market feedback on pricing, competitors, and consumer trends Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and submit updates to management Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery follow-ups

Requirements:



Minimum

3-5 years of FMCG sales experience in UAE

. Strong understanding of UAE FMCG distribution channels. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Valid

UAE Driving License

(preferred). Ability to work independently and in a field-based sales environment. Knowledge of MS Excel / basic reporting tools is a plus.

Preferred Skills:



Existing network of retailers or distributors in the UAE. Experience in modern trade, general trade, or horeca sales. Strong product presentation and persuasion skills. Self-motivated with a positive attitude and high energy level.
