The key account manager will be responsible for handling the most important client's account in KSA. The key account manager must establish a high degree of trust with the client's team at all levels, he / she must build, maintain, and secure a long-term strong relationship with the client. The key account manager will be the lead point of contact for all key client matters, anticipate the client's needs and requirements to promote our company's solutions, and work within the company to ensure deadlines for the client are met, and mutual satisfaction are achieved.
The key account manager will also create opportunities to bring in new business from this key account and will expand the relationships by continuously proposing solutions that meet its objectives.
Partner with the best:
Build account map for key client to provide a holistic view and better understanding of the internal process and roles/ responsibilities of the different people within the client, and the relationship between them e.g., the decision maker, influencers, blockers, buyers, etc.
Acquire a thorough understanding of the key client needs/ requirements and driven situation.
Expand the existing relationships at all levels within the key client by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
Establish the appropriate network of contacts within the client's team and develop trusted relationships with them to ensure they do not turn to competition.
Ensure the correct products and services are delivered in a timely manner.
Serve as the link of communication between the key client and internal teams.
Resolve any issues and problems faced by the client and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction as well as up-sell and cross-sell potential to maximize share of wallet.
Coordinate pre-sales and post-sales follow up.
Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs.
Key Account Analysis.
Monitor market trends, pricing, and competition; and provide regular feedback.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
a) Formal Education
You have a diploma / bachelor's degree in medical laboratory technology or related specialties, Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
b) Competencies / Skills / Experience
Should be Saudi National
You have strong track record of success within key account management, ideally within the Lab medical device / med-tech industry in KSA.
You have 5+ years of experience in delivering client-focused solutions.
You are highly goal oriented, assertive and a hands-on problem solver.
You possess excellent effective communications/ presentation, follow-up, administrative, organizational & interpersonal skills.
You demonstrate the Ability in problem-solving and negotiation.
You demonstrate the ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
You can analyze and draw inference from data.
Familiarity with CRM tools would be a plus
c) Language

d) IT
Should be able to use company's IT packages / solutions such as CRM etc.
