What You'll do
1. Account Management & Relationship Building
Serve as the
main liaison
between the company and major retail partners (hypermarkets & key chains).
Build and nurture strong relationships with
category managers, retail buyers, and decision-makers
.
Understand each retailer's strategy, consumer trends, and category priorities to deliver
tailored business solutions
.
2. Sales & Revenue Growth
Drive sales and profitability across assigned retail accounts.
Identify opportunities for
product expansion, promotions, and category optimization
.
Lead commercial negotiations on pricing, listings, and in-store activation to maximize ROI.
3. Account Planning & Execution
Develop and execute
in-store marketing and display programs
that enhance brand presence.
Monitor sales performance, shelf visibility, and product assortment for continuous improvement.
4. Market Intelligence & Reporting
Track
market trends, competitor moves, and shopper insights
to guide strategic decisions.
Apply
4P analysis and PSI management
to refine go-to-market strategies and boost market share.
Who You Bring
Bachelor's degree
or higher.
Minimum
3 years of experience
in
consumer electronics
and
key account / retail channel management
.
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills in
English
(Arabic proficiency preferred).
A team player and natural leader with a growth mindset and results-driven approach.
