We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our key accounts, and for providing exceptional customer service.
The Key Account Manager will be the primary point of contact for our clients and will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on new sales opportunities. This position requires strong communication and organizational skills as well as the ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with clients and colleagues.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conducting Market Research to identify Selling possibilities and evaluate customers need.
Generate Sales, achieve Sales Targets & Create Plans for Business Growth.
Develop relationships with customers and identify new business opportunities though Market and Agents.
Responds to RFQ, and tenders by submitting comprehensive offer that is fully compliant with company best practice and specification.
Supervise and support Distributors, Suppliers and Agents.
Coordinate & support technical issues with Technical Department, Production & Account Departments to fully meet client satisfactions.
Introduction of new products to the existing & new accounts with recommendation of new opportunities and improvements.
Gather market intelligence and act on it in a timely manner.
Ensure that materials traded and sold conform to agreed terms and contact specifications.
Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandizing techniques.
Write & update Sales records / targets sheets and other sales reports & reviewing cost and sales performance accurately and on time.
Forecast sales to enable operations planning, introduce product innovations and maintain active memberships.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
Proven track record of successful account management
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Strong business acumen
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
