About the Role In this opportunity as *Strategic Account Manager*, you will:
  • Deliver / Overachieve on revenue, new sales and retention target from Key/Strategic accounts in MENA region
  • Ensures Net Promoter Score and Ease of Doing Business scores are achieved
  • Works on improving and strengthening client relationships, provides quick resolutions to any concerns raised by the client by working with different teams, ensures happier clients
  • Providing thought leadership and speaking at industry and company events.
  • Establish a strong profile as the face of TR in MENA region.
  • Identifies third party events that TR needs to attend and where possible speaks at those events
  • Develops end to end understanding of TR’s MENA business, products, and customers
  • Maintains deep knowledge of the designated strategic/large accounts and the clients’ workflow and challenges and serves as a business advisor to promote long term relationships with the client and drives overall customer satisfaction
  • Strategically develops, executes and maintains a growth-centric account plan and owns overall strategy for revenue growth and retention, and aligns the wider sales groups across the rest of the region for designated account/s
  • Establishes strong, long-term customer relationships and identifies new business opportunities and maintains relationships with key decision makers
  • Applies knowledge of business and its constituent workflows to conceive and position value-added solutions to promote sales and revenue growth working with relevant Sales Specialists
  • Keeps management in touch with accounts in a timely fashion, gathers intelligence on competitor activity, and gives feedback to other internal stakeholders
  • Tracks customer activity in internal systems in order to execute on account strategy, identify additional opportunities and promote accurate forecasting
  • Acts as Thomson Reuters’ business ambassador within client’s organization
About You You’re a fit for the role of *Role Title* if your background includes:
  • Managing and executing change, able to recognize risks to the portfolio, identify an action plan, and proactively coordinate mitigating actions with relevant teams
  • Experience of at least 8+ years, managing global accounts in highly competitive multinational environments
  • Ability to effectively communicate at executive level
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Problem solving skills and ability to understand, articulate, structure and solve client needs.
  • Presentation and communication skills: ability to deliver presentations and communicate at all levels within an organization.
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Fluency in English and Arabic language
