Revenue and Profit Maximization by engaging with Retailers and Distributors within the assigned Market.
Role and Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities
Relationship management with Key Account mobiles category.
Weekly, monthly and Yearly business plan alignment with the account and internal stakeholders.
Forecast Management: 12 weeks rolling forecast for sell-in and sell-out for each SKU from the account.
Weekly sell-out forecast alignment with the account & monitoring the same throughout the team.
Ensure rightful share for Samsung in Retail chains in terms of Sell-Out, visibility, selection availability, scheme / offer parity (with other Samsung sales channels).
PSI (Primary Sales & Inventory) management by SKU.
Ensure weekly demand; dispatch & sellout forecast based on forecast from Account and internal business goals. Share the same with respective cross-functional teams.
Gather & report intelligence on competition launches, schemes, offers, marketing, deals etc.
Help the online marketing teams on deployment of digital assets and other coordination.
Qualifications
Minimum 8-11 years of Key Account Management experience in Consumer Electronics industry either in Brands, Distributors or Retailers.
Bachelor\'s or master\'s degree in business administration or Similar Field.
Proficient in MS tools.
Strong interpersonal skills, customer focus and strong ability to engage and communicate with all Channel Actors (partners, dealers, salesmen & end-users).
Strong Analytical skills.
Priority setting & problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of GCC Markets is an added advantage.
