We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Key Account Manager (KAM) to lead strategic engagements with government entities and large corporate clients across the UAE. Based in Abu Dhabi or Dubai, the ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with key customers, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction through consultative selling and tailored solutions.

In this role you will:
Account Management & Business Development:
Develop and execute strategic account plans for government and large corporate clients.
Identify new business opportunities within assigned accounts to drive revenue growth.
Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring strong client relationships.
Sales & Revenue Growth:
Achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting products and solutions aligned with customer needs.
Work closely with internal teams (sales, technical, product, and marketing) to develop customized solutions.
Lead negotiations, contract renewals, and pricing discussions with clients.
Direct round tables and end users events
Government & Corporate Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in government agencies, ministries, and large enterprises.
Stay updated on government regulations, procurement policies, and industry trends to align strategies accordingly.
Navigate complex sales cycles within public sector frameworks, ensuring compliance and effective engagement
Customer Experience & Support:
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns and proactively identifying solutions
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and post-sales support
Market Intelligence & Strategy:
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities
Provide feedback and insights to product teams for solution enhancements based on client needs
Key Qualifications & Preferred Qualifications:
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:
Relevant education
10+ years of experience in key account management, business development, or sales, specifically targeting government and large corporate clients
Proven track record in managing high-value accounts and delivering revenue growth
Strong understanding of government procurement processes and enterprise sales
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and influence decision-making
Experience in working within the technology, software, telecom, or B2B solutions industries is a plus
Fluency in Arabic and English are required
