Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Account Management & Relationship Building



Manage and grow relationships with assigned key accounts. Act as the main point of contact for strategic customers. Build trust with senior stakeholders and decision-makers. Understand customer business objectives and align solutions accordingly.

Sales & Revenue Growth



Develop account plans to achieve revenue and growth targets. Identify upselling, cross-selling, and new business opportunities within key accounts. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms. Forecast sales and manage pipelines for key accounts.

Strategic Planning



Create and execute strategic account plans. Analyze account performance and market trends. Identify risks and opportunities within accounts. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customer-specific strategies.

Customer Satisfaction & Retention



Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality. Resolve issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Monitor account KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics. Drive customer retention and long-term partnerships.

Internal Collaboration



Work closely with sales, marketing, product, finance, and operations teams. Communicate customer needs and feedback internally. Coordinate product launches, promotions, and customized solutions for key clients.

Reporting & Administration



Prepare regular account reports and sales forecasts. Maintain accurate records in CRM systems. Provide insights and recommendations to management.

Qualifications & Experience



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field 5 to 7 Years Experience Proven experience in key account management, B2B sales, or client relationship management Experience managing high-value or strategic accounts CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, MS Dynamics)
